Dustin has been involved in marketing and advertising of all levels. Dustin has been responsible for everything from major event coordination and Large budget national and regional media buys to non-profit charity marketing. Dustin earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Shawnee State University . During his studies at Shawnee State Dustin took the lead on planning major student activities. Dustin was involved in the planning and promoting high budget high profile events including world famous bands and comedians. Throughout the course of his studies, Dustin's creativity and aptitude stood out to his professors and peers. Dustin's perfect blend of artistic flair and marketing savvy got the attention of major companies while he was finishing his degree.

Prior to completion of his degree, Dustin was recruited by a prominent real estate developer. Initially buying media and developing diverse marketing plan for only one location, Dustin's skills shined through. Shortly after being hired, Dustin was transitioned into a position of huge responsibility. Dustin was entrusted with the media buys and marketing strategies for all of the locations. Dustin was in charge of everything from implementing joint ventures between multi-million dollar developers, creating personalized media strategies, managing and directing a large staff of regionalized sales managers, to directing photo shoots and strategically piecing together graphic designs. The experience provided Dustin with an opportunity to challenge his already established skills and excel.

After two years of employment, Dustin ended up leaving his position with the major developer. Seeking a greater professional challenge, Dustin decided to branch out. Maximizing his skills, experience and education, Dustin initiated his own Agency. Named Posh Promotions, Dustin used his agency to reach out to clients from all corners of the United States and Bahamas . Posh Promotions successfully managed to buy media, created advertisements to direct interest in targeted markets, create diverse example branding, provide his clients with web marketing advice and strategies, create and promote events, and develop unique marketing ideas. With a passion for promotions and an amazing eye for productive marketing, Dustin sought a new way to maximize his talents. Merging with his friend E.B. to form The Meraki Agency, Dustin recognized their unique ability to perform a wide array of client services. Dustin is a marketing executive with proven experience. He works hard to provide overwhelmingly successful results for all of The Meraki Agency's clients.
